All students who want to attend Pinecrest next Fall can start submitting applications.Pinecrest students and siblings are automatically admitted, but everyone needs to apply. Other applicants are selected by lottery.
Lottery and Acceptance Calls
February
February 7th: All non-Pinecrest applications are ranked by random and blind lottery selection at the EESAC meeting..
Late February: Acceptance calls are made in rank order for the number of available slots. The remaining applications are placed on a Waiting List.

48 Hours After Admission Notification
The parent has 48 hours to accept the space and complete all registration documents. Otherwise, the spot may be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
New Student Orientation & Social
Early August
All students admitted for the next year attend New Student Orientation and Social.
